What is your return policy?

If you're not totally in love with your Brass item(s), we are more than happy to accept your full price merchandise back as a return. All return items must be sent within 30 days of the original order date and received in unworn, unwashed and sellable condition. All items purchased from the Last Chance Room, are final sale and are not eligible for a return.


Please note there will be a $7 shipping and restocking fee for refunds, but all exchange requests are free.

  • Choose merchandise credit. Send us an email at info@brassclothing.com. Tell us your order number and the items you are sending back. Upon receipt and processing of your items, you will be emailed merchandise credit in the amount of the items you returned.

Need to make a return or exchange?

No problem! To start, enter the email address you used to place your order in the box above. You’ll receive an email with a link to process your return. Select the items you’d like to return or exchange. As soon as your request is submitted, you’ll receive a USPS shipping label that you can download and print out. Affix your label to your return package and simply drop it off with your postman or at any post office!


Please note, we can only offer exchanges for items of the same style/different size or color at this time. All exchanges depend on stock availability.


It is very important that you make sure to only use the pre-paid return label that you are provided so that track your return. We are unable to refund lost return orders that used labels other than the one provided by our returns platform.

Looking to return or exchange outside the US?

Unfortunately, our system will not allow us to create return labels for international orders at this time. If you'd like to return your items for a refund, you can ship them to Brass, 423 W Broadway Suite 300, Boston, MA 02127. Shoot us an email at info@brassclothing.com with your tracking information as well as a list of the items you’re returning so that we can make sure you are refunded properly.


When will I receive my exchange order?

Exchange orders will be processed as soon as your return label is scanned in at the post office. We cannot guarantee that we will still have the item you are looking to exchange in stock once the new order is processed, so we recommend getting your return out to us as quickly as possible to insure you get your new size/color.

How soon will I get my refund?

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 8-10 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your return item(s) at our warehouse. 

I received a damaged item.

If your item is damaged, we will replace your item immediately. Please email us at info@brassclothing.com so we can put a replacement in the mail asap. We'll take it from there.

What items are non-refundable?

We do not accept returns on items purchased more than 30 days ago. Items from The Last Chance Room are final sale and are not eligible for return. Items that have been worn and/or washed cannot be returned. Questions? Send us an email - we're always here to help!
