Common Questions

Is it easy to return items?

Absolutely! At Brass, we encourage women to build a wardrobe filled with pieces that are well-loved and well-worn. If you are not in love, let's get the return process started. You will be able to download a USPS pre-paid label and $7 will be deducted from your order to cover the cost of shipping. Simply drop it off with your postman or any post office!

How soon will I get my refund?

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 8-10 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your return item(s) at our warehouse. 

I want to exchange for a different size/color.

Great! In the next step, you’ll be prompted to select a new size and color for the item you’re looking to exchange. We’ll ship you a new item right away. Super easy!

I want to exchange for a different style.

Click through the return process and request a refund. You’ll receive an Instant Refund code - a temporary gift card - that you can use to purchase something new on our site. You will receive a refund for any outstanding Instant Refund balance after your return is received.


What can I return?

We accept returns on items purchased within the last 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed and received in sellable condition. 

I received a damaged item.

If your item is damaged, we will replace your item immediately. Please email us at info@brassclothing.com so we can put a replacement in the mail asap. We'll take it from there.

What items are non-refundable?

We do not accept returns on items purchased more than 30 days ago. Items from The Last Chance Room are final sale and are not eligible for return. Items that have been worn and/or washed cannot be returned. Questions? Send us an email - we're always here to help!
